01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the JitBuzz platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JitBuzz. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the JitBuzz platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of JitBuzz, including players who browse the platform without registering, registered account holders, and players actively participating in games. Your continued use of JitBuzz following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on JitBuzz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing JitBuzz from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a JitBuzz employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the JitBuzz platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

JitBuzz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of JitBuzz games and features, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one JitBuzz account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is a violation of these terms. JitBuzz uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended or permanently closed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JitBuzz account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. JitBuzz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your JitBuzz account.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact JitBuzz support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

04 Deposits and Payments

JitBuzz accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently supported on the platform. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your JitBuzz account balance instantly upon successful processing.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts belonging to third parties, is not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

JitBuzz does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. JitBuzz is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

All funds deposited into your JitBuzz account are held for the purpose of gaming on the platform. JitBuzz does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds are not considered an investment and carry no guaranteed return.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available JitBuzz account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.

Before processing a withdrawal, JitBuzz may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure designed to protect players and prevent fraud. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or confirmation of your payment method.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe displayed in the JitBuzz platform.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those bonuses.
• JitBuzz reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of verification checks.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts registered in the same name as the JitBuzz account.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

JitBuzz offers bonuses and promot ions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus.

General bonus conditions that apply across all JitBuzz promotions include:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

JitBuzz monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other method that JitBuzz considers to be bonus abuse.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on JitBuzz operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before playing. JitBuzz is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

All game outcomes on JitBuzz are determined by certified random number generation systems. JitBuzz is committed to providing a fair gaming environment where outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including JitBuzz itself.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the JitBuzz system.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, JitBuzz will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical fault policy, which prioritises fairness to the player.
• JitBuzz reserves the right to void game rounds where a technical error has materially affected the outcome.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JitBuzz platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with JitBuzz games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or providing false payment information.
• Attempting to launder money or use JitBuzz for any illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false identity information.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JitBuzz staff or other players.
• Attempting to access JitBuzz systems or data without authorisation.

JitBuzz employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. If you become aware of any activity that you believe violates these terms, please report it to JitBuzz support immediately.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

JitBuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming reasons.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms, JitBuzz reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

Players who wish to close their own JitBuzz account voluntarily may do so by contacting JitBuzz support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

10 Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JitBuzz's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. JitBuzz is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits JitBuzz's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by JitBuzz's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

JitBuzz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
